Musenest Content Policy

Two areas, two standards. Musenest has a standard side — public profiles and direct messaging, free and outside any paywall — and an optional premium side (the paysite) that sits behind a paid, adult, age-restricted gate. What's allowed depends on which side you're in. This applies to everyone: creators, subscribers, and anyone messaging a creator.

Standard side — public profiles & messaging (outside the paygate)

This is the free, non-paywalled part of Musenest, including the message thread you may have reached from a creator's site. Keep it tasteful and non-explicit.

Allowed:

Portrait, fashion, glamour, and lifestyle photos
Tasteful nudity limited to bare chest/breasts or buttocks
Normal conversation, questions, and scheduling

Not allowed on the standard side — including in messages:

Visible genitalia or anus
Any sexual act, or pornographic / explicit imagery of any kind
Sending sexual images someone did not ask for

Every photo sent in a message is screened automatically. Explicit images are blocked and never delivered — this is an automated system action, not a personal decision by the creator. A creator may also choose to hold any nudity for her own review. Repeatedly sending prohibited images can get an account blocked. If you want to view a creator's explicit content, that lives on her premium page behind the paywall, if she offers one.

Zero tolerance — everywhere on Musenest: Any content depicting or referencing anyone under 18 results in immediate, permanent account termination and a report to NCMEC. Uploads are screened for this; if screening is offline, the upload is rejected, not let through. Don't test it.

Premium side — the paysite (behind the paygate)

Digital & virtual only. The premium paysite is for digital content and virtual interaction. Payments, messages, tips, and custom requests cannot be used to arrange, negotiate, or facilitate in-person arrangements of any kind.

Allowed on the premium side (for verified adults, paid tier):

Photos and videos featuring yourself, including nudity and explicit content
Audio messages, voice posts, written posts
Custom digital content delivered through Musenest
Subscription tiers, tips, paid messages, pay-per-view unlocks — all purely digital

Prohibited on the premium side:

Content featuring another person without a signed release form (see below)
Violence, animal cruelty, or other illegal material
Directly copying another creator's work
Discussing in-person arrangements, locations, travel, or off-platform contact; quoting prices for offline services; coded solicitation. Both sides of a premium message thread are scanned for this language.

Release forms (US 2257 record-keeping)

If your premium content features anyone other than yourself, you must:

Identify the depicted person (legal name + DOB)
Confirm they are 18+ and have consented to being depicted
Upload a signed release form (PDF, JPG, PNG; max 10MB)

Submit forms in your dashboard at Paysite → Compliance. Content tagged "features additional people" cannot be published until the linked form is approved. Approved forms are retained indefinitely as required by law.

Privacy & metadata

Image uploads have GPS coordinates and other identifying metadata stripped before storage. This protects you — but always check the image itself for incidental location clues (street signs, mail with addresses, recognizable landmarks).

Reporting

If you receive a message or image that violates this policy, you can report it — creators from the Fan CRM / message tools, and anyone by emailing us. Every report is reviewed.
